The Multnomah County market made strides in this week's report, as the number of sales went up to 997 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby Washington County had 799 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. Prices are rising in Multnomah County, and the median sales price this period increased from $365,000 to $369,500. With just two months of inventory available and sales going up, Multnomah County is a solid seller's market.
