While home sales in the Multnomah County market have been above average, in this week's report they fell 5.8% to 1,035 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time period, Washington County had 804 sales, the most of all counties in the area. Months of inventory is on a four-week upswing, this week hitting two months.
