Multnomah County Real Estate Market Sees Price Cuts Peak | Published: 6/3/2016 | Homesnap Real...

The Multnomah County market is looking less expensive. While sales continued a seven-week positive trend, bringing this week's numbers up to 905 homes sold over the last 30 days, price reductions are at the highest they've been since December, with 528 reported over the same period. In comparison, Washington County had 479 price reductions in the same time frame, the most of all nearby counties. The median sales price rose to $375,000 over the latest reporting period for Multnomah County, up from $365,900. With only two months of inventory to sell, Multnomah County is a strong seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
