The Multnomah County market will be getting more competitive in the short term. Sales have fallen this week to 954 homes sold over the last 30 days, and there is also a determined upward trend of new listings, with 1,608 going live in the same time frame. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Multnomah County, and for this period the median sales price slid from $375,000 to $365,000. There are only two months of inventory available in Multnomah County, so it's a definite seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.
